Full Recipe 😋

3 green banana
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium shallot
pinch of salt
½ medium onion
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tin of sardines (wild caught in water preferably)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning
½ cup water
whole pepper (optional)

8oz of spinach
1 red bell pepper
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water
pinch of salt
