In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, Kathy Griffin alleged that she has been barred from "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" due to being viewed as inappropriate and divisive.

"I haven't appeared on Jimmy Fallon's show since it aired in the later midnight slot, so I assume I'm either blacklisted, deemed inappropriate, or too controversial," Griffin remarked in her video. "I'm not entirely sure. When you're barred from a program—and if you follow my career, I'm barred from most of them, so you're welcome, America and Indonesia—they never explicitly inform you. They just claim they can't fit you into the schedule."

However, an insider familiar with the situation informed Fox News Digital that no such ban exists for the comedian.
