M**o was named Impact Case of the Year by Managing IP at the 2026 Americas Awards for its work representing Anthropic in a first-of-its-kind copyright class action.
Following a June 2025 ruling on transformative fair use, the M**o team helped guide Anthropic to a $1.5 billion settlement, clearing the way for the company’s continued growth.
The annual awards recognize firms and practitioners advising on some of the most complex and high-impact IP matters.
