Anddd we’re back! The website is now open for custom orders from cupcakes, cakes and cookies! The cookies now have options to have them as cookie dough so you can bake at home. The cupcakes also have an option to get them in cake jars that are perfect for freezing and enjoying at your leisure. And of course our classic custom cakes! Starting tomorrow afternoon our pop up at will begin! We are starting with a limited menu for now. Come to get some InKETOble desserts and pick up some delicious vegan food as well. They have a cozy patio in the back to enjoy this crisp fall weather.

Hello All! As you may know The InKETOble! Cafe has been a self funded venture for the last 3 years. And while I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish being the first and only low carb, gluten and sugar free bakery and eatery - in order to stay competitive in NYC's small business landscape we need your help.

We are thrilled to announce that The InKETOble! Cafe is taking a big step forward in our journey to bring you the best low-carb, gluten-free, and sugar-free options in NYC! We're moving to a new location to better serve you, but we need your help to make it happen.

Our main challenge is our visibility and I strongly believe moving operations to a street location and turning our pick up only operation to a sit down cafe, and investing in the proper marketing , we will be able to grow the business to new heights.
