— We've forgotten way too much. Yes... we landed on the moon... but there's such a disconnect from ancient things like this.

When the water vanished, history rose.

As Spain’s drought deepened, an ancient monument surfaced — a ring of towering stones older than the pyramids, older even than Stonehenge.
The Dolmen of Guadalperal, hidden beneath a reservoir for decades, had returned to sunlight after 7,000 silent years.

Each megalith was carved by hands that worshiped the same sun that now reveals them.
Archaeologists believe it once marked rituals, burials, or the passage of stars — a prehistoric observatory built by communities who measured life in shadow and light.

Now, scientists race to study it before the rains reclaim what drought unveiled.
It’s more than an archaeological marvel — it’s a mirror of time itself, reminding us that even loss can uncover legacy.

When the earth remembers, it speaks. Are we still listening?
