No-Flour Apple Cinnamon Oat Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional: a handful of chopped walnuts or raisins
