Last week, we gathered with our internship alumni at El Museo del Barrio for a special evening of conversation and connection. Alumni had the opportunity to hear from museum staff about their unique career journeys in the arts, while also reconnecting and building relationships with fellow alumni. Thank you to everyone at for hosting and sharing their career experience!
Events like this are an important opportunity for emerging professionals to learn from one another, grow their networks, and stay connected to a supportive community.

Arts Intern alum Winston interned at the Cleveland Museum of Art through our Arts Intern College program. He learned firsthand about careers within the arts and cultural world, which, in turn, showed him his place in that world.

Hear from the 4th graders of PS 145M, who worked with Studio Artist Instructor Nina Bernstein and their teacher, Ms. Abreu, as they reflect on their art-making journey this year.
Inspired by the class’s earlier school trip to L'Alliance New York to experience Les tutomouves, the interactive exhibition by Artists Clédat & Petitpierre, students explored textile-based art by creating their own printed pillows and crocheting a collaborative class quilt.
