In Queens NY, we’re bringing back the historic vibe. This two-story wood-frame structure was a stucco box. Through historic photos and cruising the neighborhood, we developed a version of what used to be, an Italianate facade with bold projecting ornament.

The fully restored rear facade of our recently completed Park Slope project. The original brick features segmental arches and a dogtooth cornice. A new steel deck connects the parlor floor to the outdoors and an enlarged window opening at the kitchen provides expanded views to the yard.

Western light, terra cotta tiles and a custom stone sink make the Master Bathroom in our Greenpoint project quite a retreat.
