I finished 2024 in LA just 5 days before Christmas and I’ll start 2025 there officially in another week. I have always loved Los Angeles, every trip for work there over the years a kind of antidote to life in New York. The past week has been heartbreaking watching from the sidelines as my crew struggled with fear, uncertainty, evacuation, and for some, the loss of their homes. Through all of it I’ve just been amazed at the resilience everyone has shown. With so many friends and colleagues there, it’s been hard to think of anything else. 🌴
