Sometimes it takes a pandemic and 4.5 years in between before you finally meet someone in person that you originally met virtually on your very first Zoom - originally known as Bock Stock 2020. Glad to hear that Mary (Koerkel) Noel is doing well in NYC and about to finish up Grad School at Tisch (Martin Scorsese Dept. of Cinema Studies) my alma mater! Different specialty than me, but still in The Arts!

Always be professional and stay in touch with people you’ve worked with - no matter how small the project. You never know when the project will expand and you might get to work on it again…in person!

Shout out to Tisch School of the Arts/NYU/CAP21 for our education and letting me get to meet, know and train with this great dude back in the previous century. And as always, it was a pleasure to get to see - both of these guys gave a masterclass in rapid fire shape shifting comedy in and they were truly a dynamic duo. I was laughing, invested and entertained for the full, solid 85 minutes. Thank you both, and thank you to the entire team for bringing this interesting concept to life. Great direction, staging, pacing, humor! Get to and enjoy this show!

☕️ Brought back memories bumping into Chuck Vassallo before seeing yesterday. Chuck was the best Music Director in my first Summer Stock experience in 1996! That’s where I performed in my first cabaret review and got paid to show off my legs as Chantal in “La Cage Aux Folles” on the main stage. This was all aside from doing tech work, scrubbing toilets, and finding bugs in my room.

Forestburgh Playhouse is one of my inspirations for creating and beginning to seek theatre companies to help develop it in 2025. The goal is an official Off-Broadway production in 2025/2026, then taking it to regional theatres and schools. I have great ideas for a mentor program in high schools that would feature it. Special shout out to for being crazy enough to cast me and giving me my first big break.

Oh! Teeth was extraordinary! Everything musical theatre should be. Some of the best performances, most clever writing and dynamic direction I’ve seen in a theatre recently and I highly recommend it to anyone with a brain that functions and wants to see something smart with really good music and script! Kudos to Michael R. Jackson, Anna K. Jacobs & Sarah Benson - well done!
