Through the ETA Accelerator for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs, I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant, driven individuals in Atlanta, GA, Washington, DC, Providence, RI, and New York, NY. Together, we’ve focused on empowering these emerging business leaders with the knowledge, tools, and access to capital they need to acquire and successfully run existing small businesses.

It’s an honor to see these entrepreneurs step into their power, turning their visions into reality through acquisition. These women and men are creating lasting impact, driving innovation, and proving that entrepreneurship is not just for the few—it’s for the many.
