Hi my name is Gerry Fortilus
My absolute favorite part of photography is making a moment relivable for someone. That’s what really made me fall in love with it. At first it was all about capturing images for my blog What We Wear 2 Church but it grew when I decided to help a friend.
Now helping others is what gets me fired up most about shooting. Taking part in others dreams, ideas and imaginations take one step closer into reality.
So far in 2020 I’ve been beside some awesome people with awesome dreams and ideas and that’s like a drug to me. Such a great natural high.

A little less than a year ago I was saving for my wedding. I was trying to hustle by any means (legally of coarse), but my camera was out of commission. Photography is by far my greatest side hustle. By not having a working camera, I was missing out on a few good opportunities to make some extra cash. I thought to myself “either fix my camera or buy new one? But if I buy a new one it’ll be an investment.” I wrestled with the idea for weeks.
