I am the Managing Director and right hand to the Commissioner of Finance for New York City Jacques Jiha Ph.D. The Commissioner of Finance is in charge of the nation's largest and most complex municipal tax administration, which manages more than $39 billion and values more than one million New York City properties for a total market value of more than $1 trillion.

As the Commissioner's managing director, I manage the day to day running of his executive office, calendar, and staff. I manage and budget his time and all his commitments. I am called upon to be a liaison between the commissioner, his staff public officials, and our customers. I speak on his behalf, attend meetings, sit on hiring pools and etc.
