Every FullStack Modular project starts with a steel chassis: the backbone of our system. Guided by our digital plans, the kitchens, bathrooms, facades, and building systems are assembled first, then brought together into finished Mods with drywall and paint completed in-factory. By doing more work upfront, we streamline construction and help projects move faster once they reach the site.
