Back to catching up on posting many, many finished projects. This one! We took what was a stuck on screened in patio, used the existing footprint, and started from scratch- tearing down and rebuilding. The result - this wonderful growing up fast family of five now has very valuable finished indoor space. The new room connects to the existing kitchen (their next project!). The addition is currently being used as dining space but will be who-knows-what as the kids get older. There are options with this kind of space - with most spaces! Outside this fam got a sweet covered patio accessed by gracious double doors from their new addition. Great clients, great new spaces. Swipe it all.
