I don’t want to live in a world without pomegranates or pumpkin seeds, or chia seeds or oatmeal or apples or maple syrup. No, I definitely don’t wanna live in a world without maple syrup.

Hey friends! It’s been a minute. Ok, more like 2 1/2 years but who’s counting?
Out of the wormhole straight into the kitchen. Why? Because my stomach rules my life.
Here we have Cuban inspired black beans sautéed with fresh corn, cilantro, shallots, brown rice/quinoa and green salsa. Yum! Over a bed of mixed greens and purple cabbage. With shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, avocado and a dollop of almond sour cream. Am I forgetting anything? 🤔 Had to bust out the purple corn chips to assist in shoveling all this tasty awesomeness into my mouth. No judging.
