Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry

1 package frozen spinach (thawed & squeezed dry!)

1 block cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup Parmesan

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

Quick Steps:

Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Spread filling over the puff pastry sheet.

Roll it into a log, chill for 30 mins.

Slice & bake at 400°F/200°C for 15-20 mins until golden!

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough

Ricotta & Mozzarella

Fresh Blackberries

Fresh Basil

Balsamic Glaze

Steps:

Spread a mix of ricotta, garlic, salt & pepper on the dough.

Top with mozzarella & fresh blackberries.

Bake until golden & bubbly.

Finish with fresh basil & a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Get ready for the ultimate homemade treat! This Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge is incredibly simple and utterly delicious. 🍫✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
(Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine butter, sugar, milk, cocoa, & salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter melts & sugar dissolves.
2️⃣ Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for exactly 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Add vanilla (and optional nuts/chips). Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens slightly & loses some gloss (approx. 2-3 mins).
4️⃣ Quickly pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan.
5️⃣ Let cool completely at room temp or chill slightly before cutting into squares. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Clean mushrooms (pat dry!).
2. Toss mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well coated.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
4. Add mushrooms in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until tender and slightly browned.
6. Serve immediately!

Here's how:

Ingredients:
* 1 Whole Chicken (approx 3-4 lbs)
* Shawarma Spice Blend (your favorite or homemade)
* Olive Oil
* Lemon Juice
* Salt & Pepper

Instructions:
1. Pat chicken dry.
2. In a bowl, mix spice blend, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
