Posting on Facebook because looking at the analytics yes some people only use Facebook even if I gave it up months upon months ago. If I didn't post a wedding or engagement on facebook it's not that I didn't love the couple or the photos, I just put FB out of my mind and out of my phone/computer. They're still on the website blog and YouTube :). To quote one of my photography idols who posted this on his instagram today:

I took Facebook off my phone last week and I already feel a new sense of calm. I’m still unlearning, still trying not to reach for my phone when I have a free moment. Instead I’m forced to do something else, or even better, do nothing.
I observe.
I listen.
I truly believe we will look back at these lost years, where a generation spent all their time on their phones, and ask ourselves how we could let it happen, how we could be so stupid. The hours I could have spent interacting with my child or learning something about the world around me, I spent scrolling down an imaginary wall full of absolutely nothing.
