Svetlana brings over 25 years of banking experience across regional and community institutions, with a foundation in mathematics and advanced management training from a major financial institution. She has built a career defined by exceptional client service, consistent performance, and proven leadership. Svetlana has excelled in every role—from licensed banker to branch manager, regional leader, and now Director of Commercial Liquidity Sales.

Since joining Alma Bank eight years ago, Svetlana has earned multiple promotions. Her advancement reflects the bank’s commitment to developing leaders who understand the evolving needs of commercial clients and can deliver tailored liquidity strategies aligned with long-term growth.

In her new role, Svetlana will lead the continued expansion of our commercial liquidity platform. She will manage liquidity portfolios across our commercial lending, banking, fintech, and consulting businesses. She brings a rare combination of technical expertise, institutional insight, analytical rigor, and leadership continuity. Her contributions will strengthen our ability to deliver lasting value to clients and drive performance across the organization.
