Transforming the iconic Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, during a
Super Bowl is no small task.

Ruby J delivered full design and planning for an expansive outdoor party environment, centred around a custom marquee built in the centre of the admired ballpark.
From staging and lighting to guest flow and production logistics, Ruby J created a space that could match the scale and energy of one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

Behind the scenes, an entire army of technicians, suppliers and crew worked around the clock during the 6 day build, to bring the vision to life, transforming the space into a Saturday night the guests will be talking about for years to come.
