Crispy on the outside, packed with lump crab on the inside.
These crab cakes are made with fresh crab and baked until perfectly golden.
Ingredients:
-1 can OceanBox lump crab meat
-1 egg
-2 tbsp parsley
-1/2 cup mayo
-1 tbsp dijon + whole grain mustard
-2 tsp worcestershire
-1 tsp Old Bay
-Hot sauce (optional)
-1/2 cup breadcrumbs (+ more if needed)
-Melted butter (optional)
How to make them:
1. Mix everything except crab + breadcrumbs. Gently fold those in (don’t break the crab).
2. Chill 30 mins.
3. Scoop, brush with butter, bake at 400° for ~15 mins until golden. Serve with remoulade… or eat them straight off the tray.
When you start with good crab, the rest is easy 🦀

Taking baked potatoes up a notch 🦞🥔
These lobster stuffed baked potatoes are cozy, a little indulgent, and honestly easier than they look.
How to make them:
– Roast russet potatoes until tender
– Mix the scooped potato with butter, sour cream, garlic, Dijon, mozzarella + parmesan
– Fold in finely chopped lobster meat
– Stuff back into the potatoes, top with bigger lobster chunks + more cheese
– Bake again until hot, melty, and golden
Such a good way to turn lobster into a full dinner.
