A big congrats to our cinematographer/DP !

Derek has been an integral part of helping us bring many projects to life: commercials, digital projects, music videos shorts and of course, Mouse.

He’s also shot music videos for Grammy nominated artists ‘Joe’ and ‘Kem’ and worked on NBCUniversal’s horror film, Dementia 13.

Having custom made props that would be used in the world of this movie was so important to us.

We scoured the script and decided on which items we wanted to custom make that would be special to the story and also a visceral thing for the actor handling it.

One of those such items was this “MouseAcre” rodent poison that’s pivotal to the story.

Our set designer and propsmaster designed & worked out how to bring this item from page to screen. It’s really exciting to see that process and the world building done in this way 👏🏼
