Just another day delivering coffee…

The phin is one of the simplest coffee brewers, but it’s also one of the most versatile. Because it uses a gravity drip and a metal filter, it naturally produces a richer cup with more body than many paper-filtered methods. It’s also incredibly portable and consistent, which is why it’s been used across Vietnam for generations in homes, cafés, and street stalls. And while it’s famous for Vietnamese coffee, it can highlight the character of almost any beans you choose.
