Inspired by globe-trotting, day tripping, found objects and fashion, I’ve been designing home décor for two decades. I’ve worked for large manufacturers and the products I’ve designed have sold at major national retailers all across the country. Sure, that seems glamorous but it has long been a dream of mine to own a design company and to design a small collection of specialty home décor that embodies an urban spirit and a longing for nature. To be honest, I didn’t even know what that meant exactly or how and when I might do something about it – it was just something I’d think about from time to time in NYC while sitting at my desk in a cubicle in the middle of a competitive, chaotic corporate environment. So it’s with a shy sense of accomplishment that I introduce BI Design services as well as my very first collection of wall art air planters called Modern Air Head.
