At UpSpring, this mission is personal. As a women-owned and women-led agency, we’ve seen firsthand the challenges women leaders face—especially in industries where they’re underrepresented. That’s why we’re not just talking about change—we’re taking action. In 2024, we launched the UpSpring Launch:HER Awards to give back to the female founders who are making a difference in their communities. Through this initiative, we awarded $500,000 in PR and marketing support to three exceptional women-led nonprofits. Because when women succeed, entire industries evolve.
We’re also proud to be WBENC-certified, reaffirming our commitment to championing women in business.
