Every Saturday 12:30pm during our “quarantine” I have done w/ . She’s motivating, inspiring, and calming. It’s an amazing workout and we highly recommend it! My partner or daughter joins me and we laugh, yell, jump around and release all thats pent up...
WFH, Distance learning, dishwasher duty, cooking etc.

I usually end up in tears which are mostly for the magnitude of lives lost worldwide and in my city and then I shift to tears of gratitude of my stay home struggles. I am learning more about myself in this stillness than I ever thought possible...
thank you for helping keep us spiritually grounded through this.
