Twisted your back while planting bulbs in the garden? Here is the remedy:
4 drops of Lemongrass
3 drops of Deep Blue (doTERRA essential oil blend)
1 drop of Peppermint
You can layer the oils on the area of concern one at the time, or premix them in advance. I like to use roller bottles. They come very handy and save time. This blend is great for the whole back side. Peppermint is driving the entire blend into the muscles. Deep Blue is a wonderful pain and inflammation reducer. Lemongrass is a vasodilator, relaxes and widens the blood vessels for better oxygenation.
