Property tax surge reveals the truth: Local tax hikes are all about pensions The very strong growth in property tax revenue, however, raises a question: Why are so many cities complaining that they can’t balance their budgets unless local voters raise taxes? The answer: rapidly rising pension costs.

As we scroll through the local Norco web-pages, we can't help but comment on the hypocrisy occurring by (as they are referred to) the inner-circle. There are comments regarding the upcoming Meet and Greet at Maverick, some are saying that they won't attend because it is at a bar. Therefore, we can't help but wonder how many of these same hypocrites attended Councilman Kevin Bash's Fundraiser at a Winery. A Winery, no less, OUTSIDE of Norco. These same inner-circle hypocrites have been true to form when it comes to calling out their chosen one. CRICKETS. At least the "bar" is IN Norco. It would be nice to see the same people who constantly BASH (pun intended) those who are not incumbents, call BASH out for his fundraiser that was held OUTSIDE of Norco, at a Winery. We recall hearing Bash say that due to his Mormon faith, he wasn't allowed in establishments that serve alcohol. When the leader is a hypocrite, it makes sense that the followers are to.
