๐ We couldn't be more excited to celebrate Alli Aschoff, LIMHP, LADC, CPSS, Director of Outpatient Services, for being recognized as one of Norfolk's Top 20 Under 40! ๐
From starting as a master's-level intern at The Well in 2017 to leading our growing outpatient programs, Alli has helped shape the care we provide and the team we are today. She's a compassionate leader, an incredible clinician, a mentor to her team, and someone who never loses sight of why this work mattersโmaking a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Outside of The Well, she's also a dedicated mom, a softball coach, and enjoys celebrating her heritage through traditional beadwork.
The CONNECT Norfolk Top 20 Under 40 recognizes young professionals who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, service, and professional achievement. We can't think of anyone more deserving. To learn more about Alli, read her bio here: https://thewellne.org/about/our-team/alli-aschoff/
