Meet Tim Wagner, Combi's "What If We Tried..." Guy 💡
Tim is our Manager of New Product Development, which is a fancy way of saying if it's new, scalable, and hasn't been built yet, Tim's probably already three steps ahead, sketching it on a napkin.
He leads our new product and platform development efforts, turning "what if we tried..." into real, reliable solutions that actually work in the field (not just on paper).
Here's the thing about custom end-of-line packaging: when your job is building solutions for any industry imaginable, "innovation" can't just be a buzzword on the wall — it has to be a daily habit. Tim's the guy making sure it is.
He also reports straight to our President & CEO, Brian Vincent which basically means less red tape, faster decisions, and new ideas hitting the manufacturing floor at record speed. Great for our customers. Slightly terrifying for whoever has to keep up with his idea list.
So here's to Tim: professional problem-solver, part engineer, part magician, and the reason our customers get solutions that are as practical as they are clever.
