Women's class/sparring every Sunday at 8 am with Coach Lindsay🥊If you don't want to spar, not a problem. Just take the class. First class always free so stop by with your friends and punch something 🥊🥊🥊
Another fun kids class. Bag work, mitt work, cardio, core, and some games. Stop by with your child for a free class.
