SOAR SWIM & STEM is at it again, and we need your help!

On Father’s Day, 13 of Detroit Public Schools Community District 2nd-5th graders soared new heights with the iFLY STEM Experience. Our goal is to raise $1750 by July 31st to help up to 25 more students do the same on August 21, 2022.

We’re also super excited to launch our ‘Build-a-PC’ workshop where 4th and 5th graders learn how tooo…drumroll…build their own computers!!! In the effort to support 10 students for our first session, our goal is to raise $17,500 for hardware, the instructor fees and a location.

If you are willing to sow a seed to help SOAR SWIM & STEM in its mission to help elementary students build a solid foundation, interest and self-confidence in STEM while helping to lessen the underrepresentation of minorities in STEM fields, then don’t hesitate…DONATE!!

The first session of SS&S’s iFLY STEM Experience was a HUGE success and will likely be one outside of the classroom that they’ll never forget.
