Just wrapped up an incredible week in Palm Springs🌴☀️ at the BOOST Conference 2026. I had the chance to be in community with nearly 3,500 like‑minded educators from across the Out‑of‑School Time and Expanded Learning field — all of us seeking rejuvenation, resources, and deeper engagement as we take our practice to the next level.

The week was full of learning, connection, and inspiration. I got to hear from experts in professional development, storytelling, leadership, and so much more. It was the kind of experience that fills your cup and reminds you why this work matters. 🙌🏾⚡️
