The last few weeks, my fiancée and I have been trying out meal prepping and it’s worked out great for us! Taking the time each week to ensure you have a healthy, portioned out dinner waiting for you at home each night has been a game changer. We’d often fall into quick and unhealthy meals each night because we were so busy, but now it’s a weight off our shoulders knowing we have something good to eat each night.
This week’s dinner is ground turkey chili on sweet potatoes with a side of zucchini squash (courtesy of one of my client’s garden, thanks Lisa!) Looking forward to more delicious ideas, let me know below what you’ve been meal prepping! 👇👇
