When God Nudges You
For a long time, I felt God tugging at my heart to create a space for expecting moms — a space where they could feel educated, seen, and supported.
I tried to ignore it, thinking, “Someone else will do that.”
But He kept nudging me through every mom who said, “I wish I would’ve known…”
And that’s how Nest & Nurture was born — out of those whispers and out of love for the women stepping into motherhood. 💛

When you let both the mind and body communicate, you create coherence. The neocortex (logic), limbic system (emotion), and brainstem (regulation) begin working together again. This is what secure attachment within feels like: 'I can feel my body, and I can stay with what I feel.'
