To All the Mothers:
Today, we honor you.
To the mother nursing through the night, running on empty but full of love.
To the mother healing from birth— physically, emotionally, spiritually.
To the mother grieving the loss of a baby, or the dream of a different journey.
To the mother who shows up in a thousand small ways every day— carrying the weight of the invisible work, the emotional labor, the mental load.
To the mother who advocates fiercely for her children, even when her voice shakes and her heartbeat quickens.
To the mother still becoming— growing, shifting, unraveling, and rebuilding herself through the sacred transformation that is motherhood.
To the mother who wonders if she’s doing enough... You are.
To my clients: I see you. I see your tired eyes, your open hearts, your quiet strength. I see how deeply you love. How much you carry. How much you give.
Motherhood is beautiful. And it is hard. And you’re doing it— with grace, with grit, and with so so much love.
Happy Mother’s Day. You are the heart of your home. You matter. And you are deeply, wildly, and beautifully enough.
Today, we celebrate you. All of you 💕✨

The Spooky Clogged Duct & Mastitis 👻
Calling all the ghouls who experience this! If you’re experiencing a clogged duct or mastitis or have experienced it, here are some updated tips to help you feel better and reduce inflammation:
✨ NO EXTRA NURSING OR PUMPING ✨
Instead of trying to completely empty the breast, nurse or pump just enough to relieve discomfort. Overworking the breast can increase inflammation, so aim for comfort, not drainage. Nurse or pump like you normally would.
✨ Cold Compress ✨
Use an ice pack or cold compress after nursing or pumping to help reduce inflammation and swelling in the breast. No heat!
✨ Take Choline ✨
Consider incorporating choline into your diet, as it has been shown to help reduce inflammation. Sunflower lecithin can sometimes increase inflammation, so opt for choline sources like eggs, which you can easily include in your daily meals.
✨ Rest and Hydrate ✨
Rest is key while your body heals. Make sure to drink plenty of water and electrolytes to stay hydrated as well.
✨Loose Clothing ✨
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid tight bras or tops that put pressure on the breast.
✨ Pain Relief ✨
Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen can help reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
✨ Monitor for Mastitis ✨
If you experience fever, chills, or flu-like symptoms, you may be developing mastitis. Early treatment is important, so contact me or your healthcare provider if symptoms persist.
If you need extra guidance, feel free to book a consult with me! Early care can make a big difference!
Take care of yourself, and remember—you’re doing amazing! ❤️

Pace feeding gives babies control over the flow of milk, mimicking breastfeeding and reducing the risk of choking or overfeeding. For babies with oral ties, this slower approach helps them manage milk intake more comfortably while supporting their oral development!
