Stop comparing your progress to everyone else’s.

The only competition that truly matters is becoming a better version of yourself.

One kind choice.
One healthy habit.
One brave decision.

That’s how growth happens.

Keep moving forward—you’ve got this. 💙

Setting boundaries doesn’t make you rude.

It means you value your time, energy, and mental health.

Saying “no” to something that drains you is saying “yes” to yourself.

Protecting your peace is one of the healthiest things you can do. 💜

💬 What’s one boundary you’ve learned to set?

07/13/2026

Life can feel overwhelming when we focus on things outside our control.

Instead, focus on what you can control:
💛 Your mindset.
💚 Your effort.
💙 Your attitude.
💜 Your actions.
🤍 How you treat yourself and others.

Small choices each day create lasting change.

What’s one thing you’re choosing to focus on today?

Social media usually shows the highlight reel—not the behind-the-scenes.

Your journey is yours.
Your pace is yours.
Your story is still unfolding.

Keep growing, keep learning, and keep taking one step forward. The only person you need to be better than is who you were yesterday. 💙

Welcome to another baking tutorial where we can all bake TOGETHER..🧟🤠 (Get it? The Walking Dead🤣 I’ve been hooked on that show!)

Anyways, here is the recipe and measurements as promised:

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg (room temp recommended)
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp (teaspoon) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp (teaspoon) of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 to 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- Graham cracker layer in pan (add dough on top)
- Optional: Hershey’s chocolate bars and big marshmallows on top of cookie dough layer

Bake at 350!

8x8-inch pan = 28-35 mins
9x9-inch pan = 24-30 mins
(In the video I did twenty minutes because my pan was very small)

Your mental health deserves the same care and attention as your physical health.

Checking in with yourself.
Getting enough rest.
Talking to someone you trust.
Making time for things that bring you joy.

Taking care of your mind isn’t a luxury—it’s part of taking care of you. 💗

Tag someone to remind them they’re not alone.

Not every day will be perfect—but every day usually has at least one good moment.

Maybe it’s:
☀️ Sunshine.
😂 A laugh with a friend.
🐶 Your pet greeting you.
🎵 Your favorite song.

The little things matter more than we sometimes realize.

💬 Tell us one good thing that happened today!

07/08/2026

I know things might feel overwhelming sometimes.

But you’re stronger than you realize.
You’ve made it through every difficult day so far.
You are still growing, still learning, and still becoming.

Keep going.

Someone is proud of you.
We’re proud of you. 💙

Being active doesn’t always mean going to the gym. 🤍

Sometimes it’s:
🧺 Folding laundry.
🧹 Cleaning your room.
🌱 Watering your plants.
💧 Drinking enough water.
🍽️ Making yourself a meal.
🛏️ Making your bed.
✨ Taking care of yourself, one task at a time.

Every small thing you do is an act of self-care and a step toward feeling your best. Progress isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about showing up for yourself, even in the little moments.

Today, this is your reminder that taking care of your space is also taking care of your mind. 💙

What’s one thing you’ve done for yourself today?
