At Innerspace Counseling, we often remind clients that mental health support can start with small, intentional moments of self-care:

Long weekends can also intensify feelings of stress, loneliness, anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm especially for teens, young adults, and families navigating mental health challenges.

While weekly therapy can be incredibly helpful, some individuals benefit from more structured support. Innerspace Counseling offers Intensive Outpatient Programs and Partial Hospitalization Programs (IOP/PHP) for those needing a higher level of mental health care while continuing to strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and support systems.

You do not have to navigate difficult moments alone even on the gray, rainy weekends. 💚
