Happy birthday . I am so lucky that I met you. I am honored to share a birthday with you. You make life so much more enjoyable and help push me to be my best. I hope today is the best day ever.

Since my birthday is soon, and I consider that the middle of the movie release calendar, I wanted to share my list of favorite films this year. I started this tradition in 2018 when I tried to watch 365 films and opened myself to many genres and films I would never have seen before. I would love to continue the discussion of films in the comments

Note: I said FAVORITE film, not best film. Because for me, first viewing of (most) films is for enjoyment. I ask myself after each viewing A) how much did I enjoy myself? B) if I had to choose a movie to watch tomorrow, where does this fit in the hierarchy?
