We’re excited to announce that Chick-fil-A is officially opening tomorrow, October 17th, at 156th & W Maple Road, within one of our retail developments!

Lockwood proudly facilitated the ground lease for this project, which marks the completion of the final vacant parcel within the American Interstate Place development.

This morning, our property management team had the pleasure of attending a private soft opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, celebrating the official kickoff to their public opening.
