Crazy days and a full heart.
Speechless in how our community keeps showing up for Ru’s Roots Foundation and the mission to make fitness accessible for everyone. The 2nd Annual Rolls for Ruthie was a huge success and we are grateful for every single person that was involved. From set up and tear down, to buying tickets or competing, you are now a part of a greater purpose and vision. We love and appreciate you so much. 💜🥇🥋
We have so much to share, so many people to thank, and so much to say about last weekend's Rolls for Ruthie... but while I gather my thoughts, this little moment deserved a spot on our page.🤍
Our kids didn't choose a life of serving in this way, but they've embraced the chaos with so much joy, excitement, and love. Every year, it means the world to see Ruthie's big brother walk out first.
Now, we definitely weren't expecting the breakdancing moves ... but little did he
know, he set the tone for every single person who walked out after him that day.
Thank you, little man, for your servant heart, your confidence, and for reminding all of us to keep things fun. 💪 🥋

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
At Ru’s Roots Foundation, we remember the heroes who gave everything so others could live freely, safely, and with opportunity.
Their courage, selflessness, and dedication inspire us to continue building a community rooted in compassion, inclusion, and support for all.
❤️Today, we honor their legacy.

💙And we thank the families who carry that sacrifice every day.
