Here’s a workout I know you’ve NEVER seen before for the chest!

It’s called the Cavalier Crossover. From Jeff over at ! He’s a physical therapist and this is from his workout program. It’s almost like a shrug meant for your chest 👏

I don’t usually feel this in my chest but THIS for sure gets a great contraction/squeeze. Definitely try it out! 3 sets of 15 reps 💪
