It is with regret that we write this letter to inform you that after 38 years, Transformations Medical Weight Loss Clinics has decided to close. We would like to express our deep gratitude for your business and support. Serving our patients over the years has been an absolute pleasure.

Our last effective day of business will be May 2, 2025. Until that date, you will be able to get as much as a 4 week supply of appetite suppressants and 2 months of hCG.

We would also like to announce that the Metro West location will remain open under new management. The staff there are genuinely warm of heart, sincerely care about your success, and have the knowledge to back it up. They have been Transformations employees so they are well versed in the Transformations program. In short, you will be very welcome!.

You will also continue to be able to purchase our natural products on our website.
