FAST FORWARD FOR A FLAMING BOARD BREAK! In the seminar shown, we did some Self reflection by outlining what the highest version of ourselves looked like. We also spent some time thinking about our goals. Then we wrote those characteristics and those goals on our boards and broke through them. Stay tuned for videos of the participants!

LOVE THIS POWERFUL WOMAN! Dory was the host for our Firewalk in North Carolina where we came to help celebrate the graduation of a class of students from the 500 hr yoga teacher training at ! The arrow break was the first of the breakthrough experiences they conquered on the way to their Firewalk! We also broke flaming boards, bent steel rebar between our throats, and walked a flaming coal bed that evening.. I can’t wait to do it again!
