Happy national Pina Colada Day!!!

Whether it was created by the pirate Roberto Cofresí in the 1800's,
or at the San Juan beachcomber in 1954 by Ramon “Monchito” Marrero, this famous drink is no doubt a main contender for best boat drink of all time!

With variations like the Miami Vice (half daiquiri half pina colada), the Staten Island Ferry (Coconut rum and pineapple juice), or a variation I think or friend Lyndsey over at Team Cocktail would like, the Chi Chi (Sub Vodka for Rum....just not on my boat!!); this is certainly another one of those drinks you can change to your liking.

But without question, on a hot day sometimes this drink really hits the spot; especially with a great floater!
