As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to shed a light on the important work of Maine Township's Recovery Connection and the special tool that group members are using in their everyday life to cope with stress, anxiety and develop the skills they need to thrive!

Thank you to Clean Up - Give Back for donating a new park bench to the Township made of recycled plastic.

Clean Up Give Back Executive Director Donna Adam and community leader Bud Phillips presented the bench to the Township at this month’s board meeting.

Maine Township selects the waste hauler contract for most residents in the unincorporated portion of the township. Residents are encouraged to attend tonight’s board meeting to share their feedback on waste hauler services.
