Complete Conversions recently completed the renovation of the main conference room at Baltimore Aircoil Company headquarters in Jessup, MD, creating a modern, high-end meeting space designed for collaboration, presentations, and executive gatherings.

From upgraded finishes to seamless integration with the new mezzanine structure, every detail was built to reflect BAC’s innovative and forward-thinking environment.

Employee of the Month AND a bittersweet farewell 💙

After 14 incredible years, we’re proud to recognize Dan Weaver as Complete Conversions’ Employee of the Month as he prepares to head south for his next adventure in South Carolina.

Dan has been the kind of foreman every company hopes for: reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and respected by everyone around him. Clients appreciate his professionalism and communication, and our team has always valued his leadership, loyalty, and steady presence on every project.

The job sites won’t be quite the same without him, but we’re excited for this new chapter and couldn’t be more grateful for everything he’s given to Complete Conversions over the years.
