At Jayd Bun, Chef Annie Parisi brings the flavors of Tianjin to Rhode Island through handmade noodles, bao buns, and a no-shortcuts approach that recently earned her a James Beard semifinalist nomination. What started as cooking for friends has grown into one of the most talked-about takeout spots in the state, with email-only ordering and a loyal following to match.
