Spring is just around the corner, and March is the perfect time to refresh your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. As the days grow longer here in Payson, we invite you to embrace this season of renewal with us at Yoga In The Pines, located inside JOY Wellness Center. 501 W Frontier St

🌱 Spring Renewal on the Mat
March is all about fresh energy and new beginnings. Our classes are designed to help you release winter stiffness, build strength, and restore balance. Whether you’re joining us for a gentle stretch, an energizing flow, or a fun and uplifting Zumba class, there’s something for everyone.

✨ What’s Happening This Month

Full weekly schedule of yoga for all levels. We offer 2-5 classes each and everyday for your Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation

Zumba and Fitness classes to get your heart pumping and your spirit lifted

Kids Movement Exploration to help young ones to build confidence, calm, and body awareness
