Good news for those looking to buy a home or refinance!
Mortgage application activity increased for the second straight week, with significant gains across the board.
According to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), their Market Composite Index, a measure of loan application volume, was up 27.9% on a seasonally adjusted basis and 32% higher on an unadjusted basis compared to the previous week.
The Refinance Index rose 34% week-over-week but still 81% below its level during the same week one year ago.🏠💰
